If you are not happy with your mouthguard, and you took all our suggested steps to correct the problem, send your mouthguard back to us for a refund within 30 days upon receiving it. A $20 dollars disposable fee will be withheld from the refund. We dispose all used mouthguards in our biohazard canister.
