QUESTIONS
FAQ
How do I earn points?
Every dollar you spend earns 1 point. You also earn 50 points for signing up, 50 for writing a review, 25 for following us on Instagram or TikTok, and 50 for joining our SMS list. Higher ranks earn faster.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Any purchase, review, or sign-in resets the clock — so if you're using your account, they don't expire.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
Points earned on a returned order are removed from your balance. If you've already redeemed them, your balance may go negative until you earn it back.
How do I cash in my points?
At checkout. Choose the reward you want, and we'll apply it to your order. Points have no cash value and can't be transferred.
How do the rank multipliers work?
A 1.25× multiplier means a $100 order earns you 125 points instead of 100. Multipliers apply from the moment you reach a rank — they don't apply retroactively to past orders.
What's the difference between the ranks?
Higher ranks earn points faster and unlock more: double points events, early access to new drops, exclusive designs, and priority support. Ranks are earned by ordering, not bought.
How does the referral program work?
Share your link from your Fight Club account. Your friend gets 20% off their first Custom Fit guard. You get 150 points — worth $15 in rewards — the moment they buy.
Is there a cost to join?
No. Free to join, free to stay.
