Teeth Models & 3D Printed Teeth Models
If you already have your stone teeth models, or 3D printed teeth models. We will email you a shipping label to ship your teeth models to us. Please make sure package is well padded, so your fragile teeth models can withstand the rigors of shipping.
Teeth Scan
If you have placed your custom mouth guard order with Damage Control after September 2017, then we have scanned your teeth, and we can 3D print your teeth models for fabrication. You will not need to do another impression unless you have had dental work done, since the time of your last impression.
