If you already have your stone teeth models, or 3D printed teeth models. We will email you a shipping label to ship your teeth models to us. Please make sure package is well padded, so your fragile teeth models can withstand the rigors of shipping.

If you have placed your custom mouth guard order with Damage Control September 2017 or after, then we have scanned your teeth, and we can 3D print your teeth models for fabrication.
