At Damage Control Mouthguards, we don't just talk about elite protection—we prove it.
Our High Impact and Extreme Impact mouth guards have been rigorously tested and officially certified by SATRA, one of the world’s most respected testing labs for sports safety equipment.
Both of these models are fully compliant with Category II Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) regulations in Europe. That means they meet high-level standards for protective gear used in full-contact sports.
Here’s how our mouthguards performed:
Impact Absorption
Simulated high-force collisions were used to test how well our mouthguards protect against dental injuries. Both models passed the SATRA benchmark for shock absorption, offering strong protection in combat and contact sports.
Secure Fit and Retention
The guards were evaluated for their ability to stay in place during intense movement. They maintained excellent retention, providing confidence that they’ll hold steady during competition.
Material Safety
Our materials were tested under multiple European safety standards to ensure they are safe for long-term oral use.
EN 71-3: Passed heavy metal and toxicity testing
EN 1186: Passed food-contact compliance
PAH Analysis: Free from harmful hydrocarbon compounds
Many companies claim their mouth guards are high performance—but few go through independent lab testing. At Damage Control, we make that investment so athletes can play and train with real protection they can trust.
