We do not make Custom Fit Mouthguards for Braces unless prescribed by your dentist. We always recommend you ask your orthodontist what kind of mouth guard they suggest for you or your child's ortho treatment. Our Extreme Impact Mouth Guards can be worn with braces. They can be refitted multiple times, so we suggest you refit your mouth guard after every adjustment or when the mouth guard starts to feel tight. Keep in mind our mouth guards only cover the upper teeth. Also, they will NOTfit if your child has an expander.

Our Extreme Impact has added technology called shock pads built into the bottom of the mouthguard, and our Extreme Impact has a mouthguard case included.
The High Impact does not have shock pads nor does it come with a mouthguard case.
Both mouthguards can be used for any sport including extreme sports like combat sports.

Q: What are the coverage limits?
A: The maximum liability per incident depends on the product:- Custom Fit: $781.25 per tooth, up to $25,000 per incident.
- Extreme Impact: $468.75 per tooth, up to $15,000 per incident.
- Lip Protector; Grip Guard; High Impact: $312.50 per tooth, up to $10,000 per incident.
Q: What conditions must be met for coverage?
A:- The product must be unaltered and properly fitted per the provided instructions.
- It must be used in a supervised contest or coach-supervised session.
- Damage from modifications, misuse, normal wear & tear, accidents, or extreme conditions is not covered.
Q: How do I file a warranty claim?
A: Within 20 days of the incident, submit a written notice including:- The Warranty Product (which will become our property upon receipt).
- Original proof of purchase.
- A statement confirming proper fitting and unaltered use.
- A licensed dentist’s statement and radiograph showing that the injury occurred while wearing the product.
- Additional documentation (e.g., an official’s or coach’s statement, insurance forms) if requested.
